By commissioning my services you automatically agree to the following terms. Please read this in its entirety and carefully. I have the right to refuse if you do not agree to these terms.If you aren’t comfortable with my TOS and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.NFT and AI usage is strictly forbidden.You will credit me for the images, all artworks will be used for personal and non-profit uses (unless stated otherwise).You may NOT claim my work as your own.You may use the artwork for personal use including, but not limited to; avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, personal website/profile displays.You reserve the right to print or create a physical copy of my artwork as long as it’s for your PERSONAL USE only. (ie, NOT FOR SALE)You may not use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial *(ie, t-shirts, mugs, public flyers etc) *unless discussed beforehand.You are NOT allowed to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.You are NOT allowed to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base”.By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions. Payment, Refunds, Chargebacks
Payment via Ko-Fi, Paypal may be accepted depending on the circumstance. Tips are appreciated but not necessary.I only take upfront or 50/50 payments. DO NOT ask for a plan.I will only start on the commission once payments are made.DO NOT issue a chargeback, refunds can be settled ONLY if I take longer than 3 months with 0 progress and contact.Any additional charges (ie, rush fees, edits, added assets etc) will be respected by all parties involved.
Personal & Commercial Use
PERSONAL USE, means that the artwork/commission will NOT BE used to generate/be involved with any profit. Using it as a wallpaper or avatar on social media (X formerly known as Twitter, Tiktok, Tumblr, Discord etc), printing for yourself (NOT TO SELL) is personal use.COMMERCIAL USE, is when the artwork/commission will be used to generate profit. This includes using the commissioned work for self-branding (Marketing Materials, Business, Merchandise etc) or social media platforms that generate income (Twitch, Youtube etc).Please note that commissioning me for the YCH Chibi Dolls and Character Design Commissions will count as commercial use. This means within the base price, a commercial use price is added. If you wish to opt out from this for the YCH Chibi Dolls, please ask.

Work Progress;
For illustrations, clients will receive a rough sketch and will be able to refine it up to 5 times. Any more will cost a fee.After the rough sketch is cleaned up, clients will be able to refine it again up to 3 times. Any more will cost a fee.Any big changes to the work, like character change or environment, after the rough sketch is completed and cleaned up will cost a fee.YCH Chibi Dolls and Character Designs, depending on the changes, may or may not come with a fee.Small mistakes will be changed for free.
